Let me help you guys that are having problems with your AVI movies and getting that "File Format Error". You need a newer version of the converting software. Get a copy from here. http://www.lenan.de/software/AVIConverterQVGA.zip I bout 3 of these touches. 2 "4GB's" and 1 "8GB". All 3 have a program in the firmware that converts any movie type into the proper AVI format just by uploading any movie file to your touch mp3 player. But like you all have been saying and I have had the same problem with all 3, I did 15 hours of googling and finally found the correct converter. Your movies HAVE to be in 320x240 for the video sixe also.
