I get free advertising on PM by using the advanced options where you can select sites that don't have a minimum bid. You can advertise on a lot of sites this way and it will cost you nothing. The free ads have a two day limit but, you are allowed to come back and advertise more. If you have a bigger budget you can target even better sites.
